Now is the time to exercise off all that Christmas pudding. And rather than do what most people do and join a gym which you will stop using after 6 weeks why not try some of the fitness packages we have here at Anatomy which will keep you motivated.
Our head personal trainer Joe, works across both the Chester and Chorlton sites. His personal training is designed to work with you as he tailors your sessions to your individual needs. He has had some spectacular results so far and with off peak prices at £20 a session (weekdays between 10-4) and his peak sessions starting at £30 when buying a block of 10, it is silly to miss it!
If group training is more your thing then why not try our bootcamp classes in Chester. At £25 for 10 sessions, and classes run 6 times a week it can fit into anyone’s schedule.
If you want something more relaxing try our Pilates classes, they are run over both sites and cost £42 for a block of 6 sessions, which is just £7 each. If you wanted a Pilates class on a one-to-one basis this is also possible at a cost of £35 per hour.
This week Anatomy has been lucky enough to take part in GE’s Health and Well-being week for the third year running. We sent along our Physiotherapist, Sports Rehabilitators and Sports Therapists who spent the day massaging away aches and pains for all the staff who thoroughly enjoyed it.
