A quote from Louis:

“Having been around exercise and fitness for as long as I have, I’ve seen the positive impact it’s had on my life and the lives of those around me. That’s why I became a personal trainer; to help other people experience the same physical and mental benefits.

I feel very strongly that, no matter your fitness goals, exercise history, physical capabilities etc. everyone can exercise and it should, and absolutely can, be enjoyable! I take a lot of pride in helping people reach their goals AND enjoy doing it!

I’m determined, if you are, to start working towards your fitness goals and excited to see what we can achieve together.”

Louis’s experience can help clients reach a variety of different goals, whether that be increasing strength, losing fat and toning up, building muscle, feeling more confident in the gym, learning how to build and maintain a healthy lifestyle or something completely different.

Louis prides himself on providing a service to suit each individual client, setting achievable goals to reach at a suitable pace.

Louis is a REPS Level 3 personal trainer.
